This writ petition has been filed seeking quashing of the first information report bearing Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No.113 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under sections 341, 342, 363, 365, 419 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code. It has been pointed out by the learned counsel for the State that chargesheet has already been submitted in the case on

Learned counsel for respondent no.10 submits that pursuant to the submission of the chargesheet, the learned Magistrate has taken cognizance of the offence under sections 341, 342, 363, 365 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code vide order dated 20th September, 2014.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to passage of time, this application has become infructuous. In that view of the matter, the application is disposed of as infructuous.
