JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 15-11-2022 At the very outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to correct the address of the respondents no. 5 to 7, as mentioned in the cause title. Permission so sought, is granted.

The needful be done during the course of the day. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs :- "(i) For issuance of an appropriate writ(s) in the nature of Mandamus for commanding and directing the respondents to confirm and

(ii) For issuance of directions, directing the respondents to take legal steps for the compliance of the order dated 13.08.2020 passed in Measurement case no. 2/2017 by the Gram Kachhari, Bishunpur, PS-Amarpur, District-Banka."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Amarpur, District-Banka for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed off.
