This writ application has been filed for quashing the First Information Report of Mahila P.S.Case No.34 of 2013 registered under sections 376, 385, 420, 406 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 66A and 66E of the I.T. Act, 2000.
The allegations made in the First Information Report do constitute a cognizable offence.
