Two petitioners, apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offence under section 302 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code in Madhawapur P.S. Case No. 15 of 2015 have prayed for grant of anticipatory bail. It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that there is no accusation against the petitioners, save and except

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31826 of 2016 (2) dt.24-08-2016 2/2 that they were also participant.

Keeping in view the nature of accusation, I do not find any ground for extending the privilege of anticipatory bail. The petition stands dismissed.
