This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Supaul Police Station Case No. 443 of 2016, disclosing offences under Sections 366/366A/372/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the statement of the alleged victim girl, recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, this application is allowed.
