Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Pachrukhi (Sorai O.P.) P.S. Case No. 64 of 2020 registered for the offence under sections 30(a) of the Bihar Excise Prohibition Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner is a lady. Further submission is that petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 07.03.2020 and he has no criminal antecedent.
