JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 15-11-2022 After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Samastipur for the purposes of urging him to conduct inquiry into the wrongful implementation of the Nal Jal Yojana Scheme in Wards no. 13 and 14 of Sadipur Gram Panchayat, Khanpur Block, District-Samastipur. Liberty so sought, is granted.
It is needless to state that in case, the petitioner
Patna High Court CWJC No.10222 of 2021(2) dt.15-11-2022 2/2 approaches the District Magistrate, Samastipur by filing appropriate representation within a period of four weeks from today, the same shall be considered in accordance with law and needful action shall be taken within a period of 12 weeks, thereafter.
The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
