The girl (O.P. No.2) has agreed to go with her husband on the assurance given by him that there shall not be any future instance of assault and/or mental torture to her. Considering the fact that the parties are willing to forget the past and embark on fresh harmonious life, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Jamui, in

It is made clear that if at all there is recurrence of any act of either mental or physical torture to O.P. No.2, it shall be open to her to seek appropriate legal recourse, which includes approaching this Court for modification/cancellation of the present order.
