The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Siwan Mufassil (Dhanauti O.P) P.S. Case No.577 of 2021 registered for offences under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is the wife of Naresh Pasi, who is in custody. There is no recovery from the house of the petitioner. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed.

Accordingly, let petitioner, above-named, in the event of her arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees

No.24165 of 2022(2) dt.20-05-2022 2/2 ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise No.2 at Siwan in connection with Siwan Mufassil (Dhanauti O.P) P.S. Case No.577 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.

The petitioner will visit Siwan Mufassil (Dhanauti O.P) Police Station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
