ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 12-08-2015 The Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner could not appear physically because of the train accident, which had taken place in Madhya Pradesh. His father is present and he submits that the Petitioner is not ready to resume the matrimonial relationship. The Counsel for the Opposite Party No.2 submits that she wants to live with her husband. She is not ready for any other settlement.

Since this Court is not in a position to solve the problem in view of the conflicting stand of the parties, the provisional anticipatory bail granted to the Petitioner by order dated 24.4.2014 is hereby confirmed in connection with Maniyari P.S. case No.301 of 2013 pending in the court of S.D.J.M. (West),

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13789 of 2014 (5) dt.12-08-2015 2/2 Muzaffarpur.

However, from now on the Petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.5000/- per month to the Opposite Party No.2 instead of Rs.750/-.
