Patna High Court LPA No.1837 of 2015 (6) dt.03-01-2018 2/2 Writ Court in C.W.J.C. No.20709 of 2014 and various other analogous cases in the mater of appointment to the post in question and the liberty granted to ventilate their grievance before the Commission, we see no reason to any indulgence in the matter. The petitioner can very well ventilate his grievance before the Secretary of the Bihar Staff Selection Commission and the Commission can look into the matter.
With the aforesaid fining of the learned Writ Court, the appeal stand dismissed.
