JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 24-08-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners apprehends their arrest in connection with Gopalganj (Nagar) Town P.S. Case No. 217 of 2014 registered under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468 and 120(B)/34 of the I.P.C. pending in the Court of C.J.M., Gopalganj. The accusation is that the petitioners were found fit to the post of Constable by the Assistant Sub-Inspector, but later on, during enquiry, his identification marks, photograph, measurement of chest and signatures were found different. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33347 of 2016 (2) dt.24-08-2016 2/2 case and nature of the allegation, I am not inclined to allow the prayer of the petitioners for anticipatory bail. Accordingly, prayer of the petitioners is rejected.

However, petitioners are directed to surrender before the Court below within a period of three weeks from today and pray for regular bail.
