2. The petitioner has sought for modification of order dated 24.04.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No.30163 of 2022 under the facts and circumstances that by mutual consent, both the parties have resolved their matrimonial relationship and the judgment and decree to that extent has been passed in Matrimonial Case No.1145 of 2023 on 03.04.2024 by the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Patna. The petitioner, who was released provisionally on pre-arrest bail, seeks to confirm the same.

3. In view of the above information, considering the statement made in the modification application, as well as, the

No.30140 of 2024(4) dt.20-09-2024 2/2 reason assigned therein and the judgment and decree of the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Patna dated 03.04.2024 passed in Matrimonial Case No.1145 of 2023, the provisional pre-arrest bail granted to the petitioner, vide order dated 24.04.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No.30163 of 2022 is made absolute, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.

4. With the above observation/direction, the present modification application stands disposed of.
