Having regard to the fact that the prayer for anticipatory bail has been made in this case for offence under sections 406 and 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code arising out of Lakhisarai (Ramgarh Chawk) P.S.Case No. 203/2007 and that repeated prayer for adjournment has been made by the learned counsel for the petitioner at least on three occasions as is clearly recorded in the order of this Court dated 17.12.2014, 8.4.2015 and now today, this Court will have no difficulty in understanding that the petitioner has no apprehension of his being arrested in a criminal case of the year 2007.

That being so, this application must fail and is hereby dismissed.
