JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 23-11-2015 The petitioner has prayed for renewal of PDS license no. 4/A/91 for the village Bella, Police Station and district Aurangabad for which he has also filed representation. A copy of representation is annexed as Annexure 3.

Counsel for the State submits that the petitioner's license has not been renewed since 2005 as such it ceased to have any validity.

In my view, the petitioner should first approach the appellate authority for redressal of his grievance, which would be disposed of in accordance with law.
