JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 12-08-2015 The present modification application has been filed for extending the period of provisional anticipatory bail for supply of processed rice to the State Food Corporation. The petitioner was granted provisional anticipatory bail vide order dated 12.09.2013 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 27115 of 2013 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

It appears that for modification of the order dated 12.09.2013, the present modification application has been filed on 28.03.2014 when the rice was to be supplied within a period of six months.

Considering the aforesaid facts, this Court is not inclined to modify the earlier order.

Accordingly the modification application is disposed off in connection with Risiup P.S. Case No. 37 of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15141 of 2014 (3) dt.12-08-2015 2/2 2013, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad.
