JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 01-02-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Madhuban P.S. Case No. 171 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 447 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against the petitioners is of assault to the informant and his family members causing injury to them. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners and moreover all injuries are simple in nature. Further, they have no criminal antecedents.
Heard learned A.P.P. as well as learned counsel for the informant.

Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-IV, East Champaran at Motihari, in connection with Madhuban P.S. Case No. 171 of 2018, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
