2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 40(iv) of the Bihar Mines and Minerals Act, 1972 and Section 15(i) of the Environment Act, 1986 registered in connection with Khizer Sarai P.S. Case No. 46 of 2009.

3. At the very outset, this Court takes note that the F.I.R. was instituted as far back as on 05.04.2009 and the petitioner has not been able to satisfy this Court as to the apprehension of arrest.

4. In that view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to consider the prayer for anticipatory bail. The anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed.
