2. The petitioners who apprehend arrest in connection with Mednichowki P.S. Case No. 278 of 2024 lodged 15.12.2024, for the offences punishable under sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 126(2), 115(2), 117(2), 109(1), 303(2), 352, 351(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
3. As per the prosecution, the F.I.R. has been lodged against thirteen named accused persons, including the petitioners. The allegation against the petitioners is that they assaulted the family members of the informant and snatched a
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22915 of 2025(2) dt.30-04-2025 2/3 mobile phone along with a sum of Rs. 10,000/-.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have not committed any offence. It is contended that from the contents of the F.I.R., it is evident that both the informant and the petitioners are agnate. He further submits that for the same date and place of occurrence, there exist a case and a counter-case between the parties. The petitioners' side has lodged Mednochowki P.S. Case No. 279 of 2024, whereas the informant's side has lodged the present case, being Mednochowki P.S. Case No. 278 of 2024. It is further submitted that injuries have been sustained on both sides, yet the entire family of the petitioners has been implicated in the present case. With respect to antecedents, petitioner nos. 1 and 3 have clean criminal records, whereas petitioner no. 2 is accused in one another criminal case.
5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

In the facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Trial Court within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of ₹30000/- (thirty thousand) each as mentioned in Section 2(1) (d) of the Bharatiya Nagrik Suraksha
