The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Beldaur P.S. Case No. 122 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 341, 379, 323, 307 and 302/347 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner and no specific allegation of overt act is attributed to the petitioner.
