2. It appears that all the prosecution witnesses on behalf of the prosecution have been examined and evidence was closed in the POCSO Court on 28.03.2025.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has informed that even the statement of the petitioner under Section 313 CrPC/351 BNSS has been recorded.

4. Taking note of the above developments wherein now the trial is on the verge of closure and the records are for argument, this Court considering the fact that earlier the prayer of the petitioner for bail has already been rejected on merit, is

5. The learned trial court shall conclude the trial as early as possible without being prejudiced by this order.
