2. The petitioner seeks bail in Baisi P.S. Case No. 14 of 2026, registered under Section 8/20(b)(ii)© of the NDPS Act.

3. The allegation is that 50.06 Kgs of Ganja was recovered from a vehicle. The driver identified himself as Shubham Singh @ Satyam Singh i.e. the petitioner.

4. Considering that the petitioner is occupant of the said vehicle and commercial quantity of Ganja has been recovered, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, the prayer for the bail of the petitioner is rejected.
