JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 12-08-2015 The present writ petition has been filed for quashing of the first information report of Budha Colony P.S. Case No.62 of 2008 dated 14th March, 2008 registered under sections 448, 341, 323, 504, 506, 379 and 354 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is contended that there is no truth behind the allegations made in the first information report. However, it is fairly conceded that after filing of the present case, the investigating officer of the case has submitted chargesheet in the court below.

In view of the subsequent development, in my view, the application has become infructuous. Accordingly, the application is dismissed as infructuous.
