The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case filed under Sections 448 / 341 / 323 / 324 / 307 / 325 / 379/ 504 / 506 /34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is contended on behalf of the petitioners that an altercation took place between the parties on the point of Panchayat election. It is further contended that all the injuries are simple in nature like abrasion or body-ache etc. It is urged that the petitioners' antecedent is clean.

No.26198 of 2016 (2) dt.01-07-2016 2 / 2 Having regards to the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today in Jokihat P.S. Case No.117 of 2016, the above named petitioner, Yakub, Shamshad, Masood, Abdul, Ekhlaque, Kuddus, Nousad and Kamruddin shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000( Ten Thousand Rupees) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Araria subject to the conditions as laid down under sub-section(2) of Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
