Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to add Hon'ble Chancellor of the Universities of Bihar as respondent no. 6 and is also directed to serve a copy of the writ application upon learned counsel for the Hon'ble Chancellor in course of day.

By filing the present writ application, the petitioner has

(I) For direction to the respondent Jai Prakash University, Chapra to consider the representation of the petitioner for his joining on the post of Assistant Professor in Sanskrit in Gopeshwar College, Hathwa, Gopalganj under Jai Prakash University, Chapra pursuant to his appointment on the said post on recommendation of Bihar Public Service Commission, Patna.
(II) For direction to the respondent Jai Prakash University, Chapra to extend the period of joining from 23.02.2020 to a reasonable date as the petitioner could not join his post of Assistant Professor in Sanskrit by 22.02.2020 because of delayed registry through post, noncommunication of letter in time and further due to long continuance of pandemic period of Covid-19.
(III) For any other relief or reliefs for which petitioner is entitled in the facts and circumstances of the present case. 4.
Having heard learned counsel for the parties and after going through the prayer made in this application, in my view no useful purpose would be served in keeping this writ application pending. As such, petitioner is directed to file a detailed representation before the newly added respondent no.6 along with all supporting documents within three weeks and respondent no.6 is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner and dispose it of by passing a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law within eight weeks from the date of receipt of such representation, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner or through his
