The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 188, 189, 353, 500, 504, 505, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 66 of I.T. Act. Perused the FIR.

Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Courtbelow where the case is pending in connection with Bagaha (Patkhauli) P.S. Case No. 464 of 2018, with following conditions:
