2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 341, 323, 313, 376, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Bagaha (Patkhauli) P.S. Case No. 342 of 2015.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated as the informant was in love with the petitioner's brother Jagannath Yadav.

4. Considering however that there is direct allegation against the petitioner as well as his brother Jagannath Yadav of committing rape, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
