The petitioner is in custody since 20.08.2018. He was driver of the Tempo from which huge quantity of liquour was recovered.

By order dated 20.09.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 57212/2018 this court had ordered that let the petitioner be released after completion of six months of custody on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty thousand).

Submission is that marriage of the sister of petitioner is to be solemnized and co-accused Md. Salam has already been allowed bail by a Coordinate Bench of this court vide Annexure2. Considering the entire facts especially the fact that petitioner is in custody for more than four months, let the
