This is an application seeking quashing of the FIR of Buxar (Town) P.S. Case No. 134 of 2015 dated 25.03.2015 instituted for the offences under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 506, 120B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. This is a case of the year 2015 and the investigation must have been completed by this time.

If at all the investigation is still incomplete, the same must be completed within a period of three months. The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
