ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 24-01-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 15.09.2018 in connection with Suiya P.S. Case No.13 of 2018 registered for the offence under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not named in the FIR, but his name has subsequently surfaced on the basis of suspicion and also on the basis of the confessional statement made before the police by one Bhuneshwar Khaira. Learned counsel further submits that one Tarani Khaira, whose name has also surfaced on suspicion and on the confessional statement of said Bhuneshwar Khaira, has since been extended the privilege of regular bail in Cr.Misc. No.63272 of 2018 vide order dated 26.10.2018
