JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 17-05-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioners seeks regular bail in connection with Mahua P.S. Case No. 212 of 2017, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 201, 380/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The officers are present. They have submitted that the investigation is going on and two accused persons are still in jail and some of the accused persons have been released. The officer-in-charge and Investigating Officer of the case will make all endeavour to recover the dead body of the deceased and for
