The Petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 21.5.2014 passed by the Sessions Judge, Bhojpur, in Cr. Rev. No. 89 of 2014 and the order dated 22.3.2014 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara, in Trial No. 5687 of 2011 by which he has rejected a discharge petition filed under Section 245 Cr. P.C. The Parties who are brothers resolve to solve their differences in the Civil Court and the Petitioner undertakes that he will in no manner disturb his brother in future. Considering such undertaking in the interest of the Parties, further Proceedings of Trial No.5687 of 2011 including the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29067 of 2014 dt.13-08-2015 2/2 order dated 21.5.2014 passed by the Sessions judge, Bhojpur in Cr. Revision No. 89 of 2014 and the order dated 22.3.2014 passed by the Judicial Maistrate, Bhojpur at Ara, in Trial No. 5687 of 2011 by which he has refused to discharge the Petitioner, are hereby set aside.
