Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.1106 of 2015 dt.29-02-2016 2 / 2 The aforesaid FIR has been instituted on the basis of a written report submitted by the Chief Manager of the State Bank of India, Barauni, Begusarai. The allegations made in the FIR relate to acts of cheating, forgery, etc. against the petitioners. By way of preferring the present application under Articles 226 & 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioners have prayed for issuance of a direction to the respondents not to take any action against the petitioners in connection with aforesaid Begusarai Town P.S. Case No. 510 of 2015.

In my view, the application is thoroughly misconceived. It is dismissed, accordingly.
