1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.

2. Petitioner apprehends their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 304 (B), 379/ 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is a case of dowry death.

4. Petitioner is mother-in-law of deceased.

5. It is submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that the petitioner is separate in mess and business. Thrust of allegation is against the husband of the deceased who is already in custody since 24.01.2023. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

6. Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail

7. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Giriyak P.S. Case No. 665 of 2022, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
