02. 16.10.2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and the State.

The Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in Complaint Case No. 60 of 2015 registered under Section 366 the Indian Penal Code pending before Sri Rajesh Kumar Tripathi, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Bikramganj, Rohtas (or its successor).

Considering the statement of the alleged victim vide Annexure-2, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the Petitioners. The prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.

The Petitioners are directed to surrender immediately in the Court below.
