The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and 30, 36, 37(A) and 38 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It has been alleged that from a hut 14 pouches of illegal liquor was recovered.
