The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 414, 120B of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act, and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Though name of the petitioner surfaced in the confessional statement of co-accused that he had bought liquor from this petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge him on anticipatory bail for the reason that the petitioner is carrying a similar type of criminal antecedent.

Hence, his prayer for anticipatory bail is refused in connection with Rajepur Police Station Case No. 151 of 2018.
