JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 07-12-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Sono P.S. Case No. 70/2015 registered under Sections 304B/34 of the I.P.C. pending in the Court of A.C.J.M., Jamui. The accusation is that petitioners, being the motherin-law and husband of the deceased Kajol Devi, used to make false allegation against the deceased Padma Devi regarding her illicit relation with Lalan Roy. Due to that reason, she committed suicide by sprinkling kerosene oil.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and nature of the allegation, I am not inclined to allow the prayer of the petitioners for anticipatory bail. Accordingly, this

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50128 of 2015 (3) dt.07-12-2015 2/2 application for anticipatory bail is hereby rejected. However, petitioners are directed to surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks and pray for regular bail.
