2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bidupur P.S. Case No. 201 of 2019 registered for the offence under Sections 302, 307, 341, 323/24 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and other accused are said to have fired at the deceased due to which he died.

4. The petitioner is in jail since 15.09.2023.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
