The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Wazirganj P.S. Case No. 117 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 427/34, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
Considering the nature of allegation made there is old litigation between the parties and that the dispute was merely on account of cattle being tied on a common road and further because the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30471 of 2016 (2) dt.02-09-2016 2/2 furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Wazirganj P.S. Case No. 117 of 2016 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
