This is second attempt of the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail. Earlier prayer for anticipatory bail was refused on 21.04.2017 in Cr. Misc. No.9725 of 2017. The petitioner did not challenge the aforesaid order nor surrendered in pursuance of the direction in the earlier order. This Court is not inclined to review its earlier order. The Court was inclined to dismiss this application with heavy cost. However, this is the first wrong approach of the petitioner. Hence, it stands simply dismissed. Mkr./- (Birendra Kumar, J) U T
