Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. The name of petitioner came in this case in confessional statements of co-accused persons and it appears that except the above stated confessional statements of coaccused persons, there is nothing against the petitioner, who is languishing in jail custody since 09.11.2018.
