2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Madhepura P.S. Case No. 669 of 2023 instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The allegation against the petitioners along with others is of killing the sister of the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in the present case. Petitioner no. 1 is mother-in-law, petitioner no. 2 is father-in-law and petitioner no. 3 is Devar of the deceased. Charge-sheet has

He submitted that the petitioners have no concern with mess and business of the deceased as well as her husband and they live separately from them. He further submitted that the husband of the deceased is languishing in judicial custody. The petitioners are in custody since 01.07.2023 and they have no criminal antecedent.

5. Learned APP for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as the period of custody undergone by the petitioners, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.

7. Let the petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court below/concerned Court in connection with Madhepura P.S. Case No. 669 of 2023.
