2. The petitioner is in custody since 16.05.2016 in connection with Bairiya P.S. Case No. 103 of 2016 for the alleged offences under Sections 47, 48, 49, 50 and 51 of the Bihar Excise Act, 2016.
3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated with the allegation of being a notorious liquor smuggler whereas he has not been made an accused in any offence of similar nature in the past as evident from his criminal antecedents.
4. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction
