The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Alamnagar (Ratwara O.P.) P.S. Case No. 17/2017, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that land stands in the name of Gorelal Chaudhary. He got three sons namely, Bhubneshwari Chaudhary, Tapeshwari Chaudhary and Mishri Chaudhary. The informant is son of Ramavatar Chaudhary. The land belongs to the informant and his brothers, but when he came he found that the petitioner fraudulently got the same executed by impersonating the brothers of the informant.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26260 of 2017 (2) dt.13-07-2017 2/2 petitioner purchased the land from the brothers of the informant. No fraud was committed. The name of the petitioner has already been mutated.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner abovenamed, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Udakishunganj, Madhepura in connection with Alamnagar (Ratwara O.P.) P.S. Case No. 17/2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
