The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in Kanti P.S. Case No.132 of 2016 instituted for the offences under Sections 376 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 4/6 of the Prevention of Child from Sexual Offence Act.

Earlier the petitioner has approached this Court for grant of anticipatory bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 28107 of 2016 and vide order dated 5.10.2016 prayer for bail is rejected. In such view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly the prayer for bail is rejected.
