Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Ram Krishna Nagar P.S. Case No. 695 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 448, 341, 354, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 67(B) of the I.T. Act. Pursuant to the order of this Court, today, the S.H.O. of Ram Krishna Nagar, Police Station and the I.O. of the case have personally appeared in Court along with the records

I have gone through the statement of the victim girl recorded by the Magistrate under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. In the opinion of this Court, the petitioner does not deserve bail in view of the statement of the victim girl recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C.

Accordingly, the prayer of bail of the petitioner is rejected herewith.

Learned A.P.P. has submitted that the application for addition of relevant sections of POCSO Act is pending in the Court of learned Magistrate, which was filed on 21.05.2023. The learned Magistrate will pass an order on the application for addition of the relevant sections of POCSO Act, on the same day, the order of this Court is received by the learned Magistrate and thereafter he will transmit the records to the court of Special Judge, POCSO Act.

The learned Special Judge, POCSO Act is directed to conclude the trial of the case at the earliest, on day-to-day basis. The trial of other cases registered against the petitioner shall also be concluded at the earliest.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, this application is dismissed.
