JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 23-03-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1.That the present writ application is being directed for issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus or any appropriate writ/writs directing the respondents concerned to institute First Information Report against the concerned Respondents pursuant to the order/direction issued by the respondent District Magistrate to the respondent Block Development officer vide letter no.

1450 dated 03.08.2013 in respect of

Patna High Court CWJC No.18577 of 2015(2) dt.23-03-2023 2/2 culprits indulged in committing irregularities and corrupt practices in the execution/implementation of the scheme named as "Chief Minister compensation Scheme" (Mukhya Mantri Chhatipurti Yojna) (hereinafter referred to as the scheme) as also in the light of letter dated 13.10.2014 communicated to the petitioner by the under Secretary in the office of the Lokayukt that the Hon'ble Lokayukt provided liberty to the petitioner to approach the competent court for disposal of grievances."

Considering the nature of prayer made in the present writ petition, I deem it fit and proper to dispose off the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondentauthorities for redressal of his aforesaid grievances.
