The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Lakhisarai (Ramgarh Chowk) P.S. Case no. 158 of 2017, registered under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is that in course of returning of the informant Bambam Kumar along with Sudhanshu Kumar on motorcycle, petitioners and some unknown having Lathi, Danda, Farsa and pistol surrounded them and started assaulting, in which informant sustained injury at his head and other parts of the body. At that time, petitioner No.3 Dani Singh and others snatched the golden chain of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25031 of 2017 (2) dt.07-07-2017 2/2 informant worth of Rs. 8,900/-. It is alleged that petitioners earlier also caused injury to him.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners and informant are co-villagers and due to grudge, some hot talks were exchanged in which both sides sustained slight injuries and on the basis of the written report of daughter of petitioner No.3 Lakhisarai P.S. Case No. 159 of 2017 is instituted under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 354 (A), 379, 448, 504 and 506 I.P.C. regarding the same occurrence. Moreover, the injury as found on the person of the informant is simple in nature.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai in connection with Lakhisarai (Ramgarh Chowk) P.S. Case No. 158 of 2017, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) manish/- U T
