For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Ajay Kumar Thakur, Adv. For the Opposite Party/s : Mr. Md. Ansarul Haque, APP ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 13-07-2017 Heard both sides.
The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Basopatti P.S. Case No. 199/2016, registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act and sections 3/4 of the Explosives Substances Act.
The petitioners are alleged to have exploded bomb causing injury to different persons.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is counter version. On account of land dispute both the parties entered into scuffle and mutual assault. Many other accused persons including Ram Udesh Thakur have been granted
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26091 of 2017 (2) dt.13-07-2017 2/2 anticipatory bail, but from perusal of the record, it appears that of course there is land dispute between the parties and they have entered into mutual assault, but it appears that there is allegation against petitioners that they exploded bomb causing injury to different persons.
Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioners above-named on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
